Peach popsicles | diamond fork

Everyone can make a popsicle out of anything. It's best to just mix everything up, whether that is a smoothie, a yogurt or juice. This is a recipe I tried the other day and it makes 5 popsicles. Each has only 24 kcal and 5 grams of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 small peaches (150g)
  • 1 dcl peach juice (0.4 cup)


Directions

  1. Cut up the peaches and put them into a blender.
  2. Add juice and blend well.
  3. Pour into the mold, close well and freeze. You can store them for a week.

Super healthy and refreshing, however, the juice makes the popsicles less solid.
