Guacamole | diamond fork
This is such a healthy dip and you can serve it with so many things. The original recipe has onion and sour cream, but I didn't have those two, so I had to improvise, again. I made a really small amount, but it was more than enough.
Ingredients
- 1 small avocado (115 g)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tomato (60 g)
- juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 2% fat
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Peel the avocado and mash it in a bowl.
- Chop the tomato and garlic on small pieces. Add in a bowl.
- Also add lemon juice and yogurt. Mix well.
- Add salt and pepper by taste and mix again.
- Put it in a fridge for 1 hour, so the tastes blend together.
- Serve or keep stored for 3 days.

I made it as a dip for sweet potato fries. It is also delicious as a spread for bread or toast. It came out really well. Could also do without garlic. I love snack food, you can serve it to your friends or have it for dinner as well.
