Guacamole | diamond fork

This is such a healthy dip and you can serve it with so many things. The original recipe has onion and sour cream, but I didn't have those two, so I had to improvise, again. I made a really small amount, but it was more than enough.

Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado (115 g)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tomato (60 g)
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 2% fat
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. Peel the avocado and mash it in a bowl.
  2. Chop the tomato and garlic on small pieces. Add in a bowl.
  3. Also add lemon juice and yogurt. Mix well.
  4. Add salt and pepper by taste and mix again.
  5. Put it in a fridge for 1 hour, so the tastes blend together.
  6. Serve or keep stored for 3 days.

I made it as a dip for sweet potato fries. It is also delicious as a spread for bread or toast. It came out really well. Could also do without garlic. I love snack food, you can serve it to your friends or have it for dinner as well.
